AutoCad Draughtsman

Luminex PLC has an opening for an AutoCad Draughtsman. The job is based in Moratuwa. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Prepare accurate As-Built Drawings for completed construction works
- Prepare Longitudinal / Profile Drawings for water and civil construction projects
- Prepare plans, sections, details, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Update drawings based on site measurements and construction changes
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect site

- Relevant technical qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in water, drainage, pipeline, or civil
- construction projects
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Experience preparing As-Built Drawings and Longitudinal Drawings
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and utility drawings
- Knowledge of surveying/site measurements will be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
