What the job involves

• Constantly work on new content, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
• Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement
• Identify additional avenues to build community, KOL/Affiliates Management
• Designing and implementing incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks
• Brainstorming and implementing online/offline event plans and concepts
• Management of budgeting, invoicing, liaising and negotiation with vendors for event management, marketing inventory management and program finance management

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field)
• Experience helping to plan or run online or offline events, ideally as part of a student or volunteer team
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and current trends. Curiosity about Web3 is a plus
• Flexibility to engage with the crypto community outside standard hours when needed
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong ownership and a proactive attitude are valued
