What the job involves

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records
• Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow
• Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed
• Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications
• Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy
• Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
• Check the working hours (time zone) and how you will be paid (for example bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise) before you accept an offer.
