• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local doctors, medical institutions, and healthcare partners
• Coordinate patient consultations and appointments with doctors in Singapore
• Assist patients and their families throughout their treatment journey
• Communicate and coordinate with doctors, hospitals, patients, and families
• Support patient outreach and awareness activities in Sri Lanka
• Provide professional, compassionate, and responsive client service
• Maintain timely follow-up and coordination of patient requirements
