Credit Control Officer

Trade Promoters Limited is looking for a Credit Control Officer to join its team in Malabe. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and aging reports
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and obtain payment commitments
- Ensure collections are made within agreed credit terms
- Prepare and submit regular collection, aging, and outstanding report
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Service, SCT, Workshop, and other departments to
- resolve billing and collection issues

- + Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, 0 elated field
- + 10r2years 01 relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, orfinance
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and follow-up skis
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with
- internal and external parties
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
