- recognized University / institution or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 07 years of previous work experience relating to the field, preferably in a
- manufacturing organization, including a minimum of 03 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Foresight, with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to make logical and spontaneous decisions to resolve problems
