We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a dynamic team in the Compensation & Benefits function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee insurance schemes and staff benefits administration.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs.
Coordinate employee benefits in line with company policies and procedures.
Handle EPF/ETF claims, including documentation and coordination with the Labor Department.
Update employee information in HRIS and maintain accurate records.
Prepare employment confirmation letters and other official correspondence.
Maintain compensation and benefits records and support reporting requirements.
Provide operational support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Compensation amp; Benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Power BI.
Knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
