• 8+ years of experience in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams
• Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and executive customers

• Experience building strategic frameworks, methodologies, and scalable ways of working
