E-commerce & WhatsApp Sales Intern

EverestX Technologies has an opening for an E-commerce & WhatsApp Sales Intern. The job is based in Colombo. The post is offered on a internship basis.

What the job involves:

- Handle WhatsApp Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer questions, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into orders
- Manage Orders in ERP: Record customer orders in the ERP system and coordinate with inventory and delivery teams
- Run SMS & WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns: Prepare and execute campaigns to promote children's products, toys, and special offers
- Design & Run Promotional Programs: Plan and coordinate discounts, seasonal promotions, and sales campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales
- Coordinate Deliveries: Work with delivery providers and customers to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
