Executive - Demand Planning and Inventory Control

What the job involves:
- Create SKU-level demand forecasts across global marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok, BOL
- and Wallmart etc.) using historical sales, seasonality, promotions and market trends
- Monitor stock-on-hand levels and determine reorder points based on forecasted demand, lead
- times, and buffer/safety stock
- Recommend reorder quantities and timing to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
- Partner with Account Managers, Operations, and Clients to ensure forecasts match business goals

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Statistics or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally in e-commerce or retail
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, or inventory tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communicator who can work across teams, manage multiple client accounts, and
- coordinate with an external development team
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by ownership and accountability
