What the job involves

• Finance & Receivables
• Manage accounts receivable processes relating to tea and rubber sales
• Process receipts, perform payment realization checks, and ensure accurate recording of collections
• Conduct sales reconciliations and investigate variances
• Monitor debtor ageing, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts
• Manage buyer accounts, sales cancellations, VAT-related matters, and customer account reconciliations
• Operations & Sales Administration
• Process Electronic Delivery Orders (E-DOs) and Manual Delivery Orders
