Executive - Information Technology

A vacancy for the post of Executive - Information Technology is open at Melsta Hospitals (Ragama). This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Provide first-level IT support to hospital staff and resolve hardware, software, network, and
- system-related issues
- Coordinate with hospital system vendors for troubleshooting, updates, enhancements, and
- technical support
- Manage user accounts, access rights, system configurations, and staff onboarding/offboarding
- Monitor hospital system workflows and support users with system-related issues and training

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in information Technology, Computer Hardware & Networking, or a
- related field
- Diploma or certification in Database Management / SQL / MySQL / Oracle will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, networking, operating systems, databases, and troubleshooting,
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Willingness to work on aroster basis
