F&B Manager

Mezo (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a F&B Manager to join its team in Rajagiriya. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- Oversee operations of food & beverage at restaurant
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- + Recruit, Manage, train and develop the team
- Manage quest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets and policies

- 4+ years’ experience in the similar capacity in hospitality industry
- + Experience of colombo F & B market will be an added advantage
- + Excellent communication , interpersonal skills & positive attitude

- Apleasing and outgoing personality and a go getter
- Age under 40 years
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
