What the job involves

• Market Strategy & Expansion: Develop and execute market strategies to strengthen DB Investing’s presence and increase market share in
• Sri Lanka
• IB & Partnership Management: Build, manage and expand a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners
• Team Leadership: Recruit, lead and develop a local sales and business development team, ensuring clear objectives and strong performance

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry with an established Forex broker
• Previous experience in a senior business development, sales management or country management position
• Strong understanding of the Sri Lanka Forex market, including its competitive landscape and business environment
• An established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and relevant industry contacts
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, develop partnerships and consistently achieve commercial targets
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
