What the job involves:
- Daily Revenue Audits & OTA Reconciliations: Perform daily revenue audits and reconcile Online
- Travel Agency (OTA) reservations, charges, commissions, and payments against Property
- Management System (PMS) records
- Discrepancy Investigation: Independently investigate revenue and payment discrepancies and follow
- up through to full resolution
- Property Management Systems: Navigate and manage hotel operations data within PMS systems
