Import Coordinator

A vacancy for the post of Import Coordinator is open at Globactiv Customs Brokerage (Pvt) Ltd (Colombo 2). This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Shipment Coordination; Plamand oversee the end-to-end execution of LCL and FCL export
- shipments to enélre timely departure
- Documentation Management: Prepare and process all necessary export documentation,
- including BOI approvals, Customs entries, and Bills of Lading
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients,
- managing their,requirements and providing real-time updates on shipment status
