Intern System Support Engineer

What the job involves:
- Assist with basic support for Windows operating systems, servers, and IT infrastructure
- Assist with basic Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, DNS, and DHCP tasks
- Provide basic technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting basic network and connectivity issues
- Assist with software installation, updates, patching, and routine system maintenance
- Assist with monitoring system health and infrastructure alerts
