Junior Executive - Product Costing

Naturub Exports International (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Junior Executive - Product Costing to join its team in Panadura. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Cost Estimation & Analysis ~~ Prepare cost estimates for new and existing products, including
- materials, labor, and overhead costs
- © Cost Control - Track, analyze, and report on cost performance to support operational
- efficiency and profitability
- 6 Process Improvement ~~ Assess and improve costing procedures to ensure efficiency and
- accuracy in cost allocation and reporting

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in costing, financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or
- service-based industry
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Willingness to commit to a minimum period of two (02) years with the organization
- Preferred Qualifications
