Kings Hospital Colombo is looking for a Junior IT Technician to join its team in Colombo 5. Job type: full-time.

Requirements
- 6 Diploma or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- e Experience in IT support will be added advantages
- 6 Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN technologies, and printer troubleshooting
- KEY SKILLS
- 6 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to work longer hours if required
