To keep daily operations running smoothly across every Lions Super outlet, drive higher sales and profit, raise the standard of customer service, uphold company standards, and strengthen the business's overall performance through decisions backed by data.

**Core Duties**

1. Managing day-to-day branch operations
2. Growing sales and meeting targets
3. Improving branch standards (Store Standards)
4. Managing stock and the supply chain
5. Analyzing data and preparing reports
6. Managing staff and their performance
7. Handling customer service and customer relationships
8. Overseeing finances, profitability, and internal controls
9. Ensuring legal, safety, and regulatory compliance
10. Reporting and performance reviews
