Strong hands-on experience in Linux administration with good knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Experience managing production infrastructure, troubleshooting, security, performance, and availability.
Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management and SLA-driven service delivery.
Experience with automation/scripting, virtualization, cloud platforms, monitoring, and infrastructure tools.
Proven technical leadership and people management skills, with strong customer-facing and communication abilities.
