- You will oversee the end-to-end operational governance of LB CIM, ensuring operational stability, regulatory
- compliance, effective risk management and seamless coordination across business, technology and control
- functions
- Manage day-to-day digital business operations, back-office processes and service continuity
- Ensure compliance with applicable CBSL regulations, payment system rules and internal policies
- Coordinate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Audit and Operations teams
