• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry marketing
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and logistics operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong client base or professional network within Sri Lanka is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Sinhala/Tamil is a plus
