What the job involves

• Content Distribution
• Localise and adapt central content, creative and promotional assets for Indonesian audiences, coordinating production needs with the Content and Design teams
• Work with the Content Team to prioritise which titles are promoted and when — you own the data-backed recommendation
• Feed market intelligence back into the business: what Indonesian players respond to, competitor releases, lobby and positioning trends
• Community Management
• Build and run local communities, driving activity, retention and return engagement
• Maintain community quality and integrity standards: genuine engagement, transparent incentive disclosure, and vigilance against fraud and fake activity
• Channel and Partner Management

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
