What the job involves

• Network & Structured Cabling Engineer
• Join Our Network Team
• Perform structured network cabling installations for commercial and enterprise environments
• Install, terminate and test Cat6 / Cat6A network cables
• Perform fibre optic cable installation, termination and testing
• Install and configure network racks, patch panels, cable managers and network outlets
• Perform cable dressing, labelling, routing and cable management
• Install and maintain LAN infrastructure, including switches and network connectivity

• Minimum 2 years of experience in network cabling or structured cabling installations
• Practical experience with Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling
• Knowledge of fibre optic cabling and termination will be an advantage
• Experience with patch panels, network racks, cable management and termination tools
• Basic understanding of LAN, Ethernet, switches and networking fundamentals
• Ability to use cable testers and network testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on installation projects
