Operations Manager

KDU Group (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team in Colombo 1. This is a full-time position.

- A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management
- or a related field. An MBA is an advantage
- Preferably 8-10 years of managerial experience in operations, project coordination, business
- management or multi-site operations
- Experience in a diversified group is an advantage, exposure to tea, plantations, exports,
- hospitality, energy or logistics is beneficial
- Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach, with integrity, initiative and the ability to prioritise
