What the job involves

• Develop accurate, production-ready sewing patterns based on technical specifications, measurements, design references, technical drawings, and approved samples
• Create and maintain pattern grading across required size ranges, ensuring consistent and proportional fit
• Review samples and fitting results and make pattern adjustments to address fit, measurement, and construction issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern, fit, sewing, and construction issues during sampling and production
• Interpret technical packs, measurement specifications, construction details, sketches, and approved samples and translate them into production-ready patterns
• Maintain accurate pattern files, revisions, measurements, and technical documentation, ensuring manufacturers are always working with the correct versions
• Prepare and share digital pattern files and relevant technical information with manufacturing partners for production
• Communicate asynchronously with overseas manufacturers to clarify pattern and construction requirements and resolve production issues

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
