Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a
- recognized institution. Minimum 10 years’ experience after graduation or equivalent
- experience in a similar capacity, with substantial experience in high-rise building
- construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, including baseline management, progress
- updates, and critical-path analysis
- ‘+ Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing for reinforced concrete
- buildings, from substructure through finishes
