Project Manager – Banking Applications

APTS is expanding its Application Business and is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Banking Applications to join its team in Colombo (contract, on-site).

Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of banking application projects
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues
- Ensure quality, compliance, testing and inspection of deliverables
- Lead deployment, user training and post-implementation support
- Provide regular updates to management and clients

- Proven project management experience in banking or financial services
- Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is an advantage
