- Produce a 3-4 week look-ahead of materials and labour for each project, and hand it to
- procurement
- Prepare a budget at the start of each project and track actual cost against it as the job runs

- Quantity surveying qualification or equivalent proven experience
- 5-8 years in interiors / joinery / fit-out — not pure civil construction

- Strong with schedules and spreadsheets; able to run a room, not just fill in a sheet
- Motorbike driving licence
