Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Experience in contract administration, project costing, and cost control
- Ability to prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor payments
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project team and guide the
- QS team
