Quantity Surveyor (Male)

What the job involves:
- + Preparation of price proposals, tenders and quotations,
- + Preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cost estimates
- + Review and confirmation of contract terms and conditions prior to contract signing,
- + Preparation, evaluation and submission of variation proposals
- + Preparation of rate breakdowns and detailed cost analyses as requested by clients
- + Conducting site visits, measurements and quantity verifications when required

- + NCT/HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 2 years of experience in
- building construction
- + Good working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying / Costing Software
- + Practical understanding of construction measurement, estimation, costing and contract documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- + Strong planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills
- + Willingness to undertake site visits when required
