Ransavi Construction (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor | Safety Officer to join its team in Moratuwa. The post is offered on a contract basis.

Requirements
- Diploma/HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction
- Economics
- + Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- + Previous site experience is essential
- + Experience in Water Supply, Building Construction or Civil Engineering projects
- will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- + Experience in preparing Interim Payment Applications (IPAs/IPC) and final accounts
