What the job involves:
- Preparation and checking of main contract and subcontractor bills
- ¢ Preparation of monthly cost reports and monitoring of project costs
- Measurement, valuation, and preparation of monthly claims and subcontractor payments
- « Assisting the project management team with cost control and commercial matters
- ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYORS
- Preparation of measurements, progress reports, and estimates

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (IQSSL-accredited degree), or HND (QS)
- 7 NCT (QS) with 4 years of experience, or equivalent

- Experience with SBD 2 and SBD 4 would be an advantage
- HND (QS) / NCT (QS) with 2 years of experience, or equivalent
- e Experience in building construction projects would be an advantage
