What the job involves

• Own system configuration, matching rules, user access and security, and performance monitoring for both Workday ERP and Trintech platforms
• Test system updates and enhancements and document all configuration changes
• Perform daily verification and balancing of all file transfers to and from Workday and Trintech
• Troubleshoot transmission errors and automated feed failures, validate data accuracy, and maintain transmission logs
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting for reconciliation staff and escalate complex issues to Workday, Trintech support, or IT as needed
• Document issues and resolutions, tracking them through to closure
• Configure new accounts and templates in Trintech and support system implementations
• Train other departments and end users on reconciliation best practices and software use

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
