Reservations Executive

Sen Wellness Sanctuary has an opening for a Reservations Executive. The job is based in Biyagama. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Respond to booking enquiries and convert leads into confirmed reservations
- 6 Manage the CRM system and maintain accurate booking records
- 6 Process invoices, track payments, and handle financial administration
- Coordinate the Executive Director's schedule and communications with our local team,
