- + Minimum of 5 years experience in a star class hotel
- + Should have the thorough knowledge of restaurant and bar services
- + Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
- + Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
- + Handling bar reports including inventory, sales, staff performance,
- customer feedback, and financial analysis
- + Should have the ability to promote signature cocktails. CHAA RYA
