Requirements
- Age 30 years or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Good command of English — spoken and written
- Good computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and Email
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp and other digital communication tools
- Strong customer service and people-management skills
- 6 Professional, responsible and well-organised
- Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations and maintain high service standards
