- Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Food Science, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in flavours, seasonings and/or food ingredients would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of food manufacturing and food ingredients
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and consistently follow up sales opportunities
- Good command of English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an advantage
- Computer literacy, including the MS Office package
