Key Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in C#/.NET application support, troubleshooting, IIS, Windows Server, and MS SQL Server.
Experience with L2/L3 incident management, RCA, application restarts, patching, and change execution in mission-critical environments.
Exposure to F5 BIG-IP, API Gateway services, and willingness to support 24/7 rotational on-call for P1/P2 incidents.
