What the job involves

• Define and own the card product roadmap across multiple markets with key milestones, dependencies, and success metrics aligned to business objectives
• Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of edge-case coverage, technical feasibility and implementation plans
• Create wireframes, user flows, and sequence diagrams to communicate product intent effectively
• Design end-to-end card journeys - issuance, activation, authorization, top-up, rewards, campaigns, disputes - tailored to each market
• Coordinate across time zones with clear communication, well-documented decisions, and thorough follow-through

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across multiple time zones; strong async communication and documentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence without authority and align diverse teams
• Proven ability to manage a card portfolio toward positive P&L and strong penetration among active users
• Understanding of different card processes: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, BIN management, tokenization, and card lifecycle
• Good understanding of risk and card compliance frameworks, card scheme rules, and regulatory nuances across jurisdictions
• Strong product design skills - wireframes, sequence diagrams, PRDs, and well-structured user stories
• Able to read and interpret API documentation to evaluate integrations and communicate requirements to engineering
• Comfortable with BI tools; SQL proficiency is a strong plus
