What the job involves

• Carry out machine breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Prepare, update, and maintain engineering drawings in line with operational requirements
• Coordinate material and service requisitions in collaboration with the Engineering Stores
• Support new product implementation activities, including maintaining relevant records and documentation
• Liaise with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and repair activities
• Design, implement, and support machine modifications and improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and safety
• Train and develop team members to achieve required competency levels while promoting good housekeeping and 5S practices
• Support cost control initiatives and conduct Process FMEA to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
