Senior Project Manager - Building Construction

Foresight Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has an opening for a Senior Project Manager - Building Construction. The job is based in Colombo 2. Job type: full-time.

What the job involves:
- Manage and supervise multiple project sites
- ¢ Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, programme, quality, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Monitor progress, resources, materials, costs, and site issues
- 6 Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- ¢ Lead site teams and ensure timely project completion

- © BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
- ¢ +10 years’ experience in building construction
- Strong preference for candidates with main contractor / construction company experience
- Candidates with mainly consultant or developer-side experience are less preferred
- © Strong knowledge of structural works, finishes, and construction methods
- © Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- © Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- © Contractor-side project execution experience will be a key selection criterion
