• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) with ownership of assigned modules and critical components
• Identify risks, build contingency plans, and proactively recommend improvements to reduce technical debt
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases; lead peer reviews and mentor junior developers
• Identify opportunities to maximize ROI from existing technologies and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
• Design integrations between SAP and other business systems in line with enterprise architecture
• Develop software verification plans and QA procedures, championing test automation where applicable
• Prepare technical specifications for new reports, layouts, and interfaces
• Create user/training documentation and conduct training sessions
