Talent Forge Partners has an opening for a Solar Electrical Engineer (O&M) (Hybrid - Work from Home | Nugegoda). The job is based in Nugegoda. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- [ක්‌ Work in the PRS Control Room (4.30 pm ~ 1.30 am) during the roster (Nugegoda office)
- lll Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance and maintenance reports
- ද්‍ර Develop and implement maintenance plans and reliability programs
- 4 _ Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues
- Analyse asset performance and recommend optimisation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
