Requirements
- Sous Chef
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Good overall kitchen department knowledge
- Strong menu planning and food preparation knowledge
- Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff
- Good understanding of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operat
- Local or overseas experience will be an added advantage
- Diploma or Certificate in Profe 6 Hotel
