Technical Officer

D & D Constructions has an opening for a Technical Officer. The job is based in Kottawa. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and
- quality standards
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct quantity measurements and verify completed work

- Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (NDT), NVQ Level 5/6,
- or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
