What the job involves

• Develop HR roadmap for Executive, Staff & Associates cadre in the Key Account Group in line with the overall business objectives and HR LRP / priorities
• Oversee smooth operations of HR initiatives in the Key Account Group
• Drive achievement of the overall Administration deliverables, including budget management, SOPs adherence, vendor management, etc
• Responsible for administration of Performance Management System (PRAISE, TACT, promotions, increments)
• Lead and manage the HR team
