Assistant Production Manager

NORVI Controllers is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join its team in Weligama (Weligama). Job type: full-time.

What the job involves:
- Run the daily production plan: assign work across assembly, soldering, milling, laser marking,
- and testing stations in strict production-queue order
- Hold the daily morning briefing — targets for the day, quality flags from the previous day, and
- task handovers
- Monitor work-in-progress through the production system (MES) and ensure every task is,
- updated the same day it is done
