• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Support campus hiring initiatives and career fair activities
• Communicate with candidates professionally regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps
• Assist HR team in employee onboarding and documentation tasks when required
